However, if for any reason you want to return the product or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility for Return:
1 – To be eligible for a return, the packs must be unopened and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2 – If you opened and used some packs and you are not satisfied, you can return the unopened packs for a refund.
3 – Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@summerland.website.
Provide your order number and details about the issue with the product.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
Shipping Returns:
1 – All shipments must be made with FedEx or UPS.
2 – Summerland is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
3 – Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds:
1 – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2 – If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 6 business days.
3 – Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, excluding shipping fees.
4 – Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
